James Bussey
Owner & General Manager
With a passion for excellence and over two decades of industry experience, James Bussey is the driving force behind Oasis. As the Founder, Owner, and General Manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. James is deeply involved in all aspects of Oasis’s operations, from design and construction to service delivery and client satisfaction. His visionary leadership and unwavering dedication ensure that Oasis remains at the forefront of innovation in the industry.
Tulsi Bodden
Human Resources Manager & Special Projects
Tulsi Bodden brings a diverse skill set to Oasis, where she serves as Human Resources Manager and oversees Special Projects. Her experience spans property management, customer service, and law, allowing her to contribute significantly across various departments. Tulsi works closely with James to fine-tune the company’s vision and operational processes, playing a key role in strategic initiatives and compliance. Arnaud Hauss
Project Manager
Arnaud Hauss brings over 10 years of global experience in architecture and project management to Oasis. A native of Belgium, he has worked across Europe, Australia, and the United States on a variety of projects, including residential and eco-tourism developments. Arnaud brings a fresh perspective to Oasis, where he oversees construction and renovation efforts, playing a key role in advancing the company’s commitment to quality and design excellence.

Office Manager
