Maintenance
Superior Pool Maintenance By Professionals
We provide multiple service options to fit your specific needs. From “Green to Clean”, Regular Weekly Maintenance or Department of Environmental Health (DEH) compliance inspections. The Oasis service division is here to help. Our goal is to ensure your pool is always ready for your family and guests year-round.
Green To Clean
This service is typically required when a pool has been neglected. One of our qualified technicians will first carry out an assessment of your pool and spa and our next step is to address any issues in water chemistry. This is a necessary approach to remove any harmful viruses or bacteria that can lead to Water Related Illnesses (WRIs). This 1-3-day service is performed on an hourly basis to reinstate the pool or spa.
Regular Weekly Maintenance
Weekly maintenance is necessary to ensure proper water quality and equipment performance. Our professional staff have experience with commercial facilities, hotels, strata properties, personal residences, vacation homes and tourism accommodation properties that require specific maintenance programs and safety requirements by the DEH.
Our regular weekly service includes:
- Empty skimmer basket(s)
- Net/skim water surface
- Brush walls, steps, seats, and tile line
- Vacuum/brush pool bottom
- Chemical test and balance – Chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity
- Monthly chemical checks – Salt, CYA, and TDS
- Empty pump baskets
- Full equipment check
- Saltwater pools – Inspect cell operation and add salt as needed
- Complete service log
Our weekly maintenance can also be tailored to fit your specific needs and frequency.
Pool Inspections/DEH Compliance
We conduct a free, comprehensive pool and spa inspection prior to the initiation of all regular maintenance contracts. We will also periodically conduct inspections on the property to advise on any underlying issues which may need addressing. A complete report is provided to you with necessary repairs and recommended upgrades.
Tourism Accommodation Properties
These properties have specific requirements to comply with the Tourism Board and DEH regulations. At Oasis, we are well versed in these requirements and specific inspections are conducted to make sure your property is approved for rentals.
